I want to share my love of Pilates and make it attainable for as many people as possible. So although my online videos are less tailored than training with me directly they still offer the opportunity to build core strength, change your body for the better and reach your desired goals.
It doesn’t matter if you are new to Pilates or quite experienced, each video explains clearly how to do the exercises, what corrections to look out for and all within a manageable time frame.
I offer small classes via Zoom. Giving an added personal touch as I can see and provide corrections.
Classes are aimed at all levels, although if you are unsure please do message me to check.
